Project Genius Brainteasers Evolved: A display of several products including mind-bending puzzles and games that challenge and entertain.

Nestled in the heart of Round Rock, Texas, lies Project Genius, a company dedicated to igniting creativity and challenging minds with their innovative selection of games. We sat down with Founder and CEO, Brandi Pinsker, who not only shared about Project Genius' passion for creating captivating and unique products, but their commitment to serving the community and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Fostering an Inclusive Workplace at Project Genius

Our recent visit to Project Genius' warehouse wasn't just about exploring their captivating puzzles; it was about witnessing their commitment to building an inclusive workforce. In working with Greenleaf Neurodiversity Community Center, an Austin-based vocational training program for people with autism and other neurodivergent conditions, Project Genius provides valuable work experience opportunities. Two Greenleaf participants shared their experiences and described their day-to-day tasks that give them the opportunity to practice essential life skills and foster friendships.

"We get to do life skills, practice real-life scenarios and things that may not be taught in school. Greenleaf also has social opportunities to make friends," shared Alex.

This sentiment echoes Project Genius' core values, as expressed by Brandi Pinsker, "we're a job site for them where kids can come to practice work skills and how to ask for help. They clock in, clock out, and get exposure to what a job and workday may look like."

Ethan, who even secured a summer internship at Project Genius, further emphasized the significance of the experience, saying, "it gives structure in my day which is really important and I like being able to show my abilities."
