Some of the activities include diving into a swimming pool full of LEGO pieces, unique spin art using the LEGO NXT spin art machine, lego-themed games, LEGO car racing on a ramp, and meeting Baymax from the movie Big Hero Six!

Celebrate Irish culture and history at St. Patrick’s Day Austin to be held at Pioneer Farms. Two stages will host local and international artists performing Celtic music and dance. Food available during the fest will be a special St. Paddy’s Day menu including fish ‘n chips, Irish Po’Boys, corned beef and cabbage and more. The Gaelic League of Austin will also lead an Intro to Irish Language Workshop beginning at 5 PM. Tickets can be purchased online in advance and are $12.00 for adults and $3.00 for kids 13 and under.

Feel like you’re living on the Texas Frontier! In honor of the 149th birthday of Laura Ingalls Wilder, the author of ”Little House”, costumed characters will transport guests back in time to experience what life was like more than 100 years ago. Guests will have a tour of log cabins, learn how to collect water, clean rugs by beating them and how to do other chores. Activities will include games and crafts at the historic home sites. On Friday, March 18, there will be historical reenactments, live music and horse rides for an extra charge. On Saturday and Sunday, March 19-20, a variety of historical activities, exhibits, hayrides, hourly music in our dance hall, horseback rides, crafts and more.
Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt and Movies in the Park

It’s time to go on an egg hunt! The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department presents the annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt and Movies in the Park featuring the family movie “Minions” at Old Settlers Park. Participants in the egg hunt should bring a flashlight and their basket and arrive at the Lake View Pavilion in Old Settlers Park 30 minutes before your hunt time to check in. Based on set age categories, parents may choose which hunt they wish their Flashlight Egg Hunter to participate in.
- 7:15PM: Twilight Egg Hunt. Ages 0-4 years. Not quite as dark for our youngest hunters. Only one parent will be allowed in the hunt ring to assist. Parent must stay with hunter at all times.
- 8:15PM: Flashlight Parent Assisted Hunt. Ages 5 years and older. One parent will be allowed in the hunt ring to assist. Recommended for our younger hunters. Parent must stay with hunter at all times.
- 8:45PM: Flashlight Children Only Hunt. No parents allowed in the hunt ring. Recommended for our older hunters.
- 9PM: Movie in the Park - Free for the entire family.

Spring Training is kicking off at the Dell Diamond at the free Annual Fan Fest. All are invited to celebrate America’s favorite pastime with a day full of entertainment. Guests can practice batting on the field, see the Express home bullpen and participate in a hot dog eating contest. Greenhouse Craft Food will have samples available, along with beer and wine tasting. Guests also can take advantage of season deals in the Railyard Team Store and see brand new merchandise. Best of all, the Easter Bunny will make an appearance for pictures and an egg hunt will be held on the field at 10 AM.

Over 7,000 pounds of free, large , boiled crawfish are on the menu at this amazing Austin event! Louisiana lovers gather together at this festival for two stages featuring 10 Louisana bands playing all types of music from Funk, Brass, Zydeco, Cajun to the Blues. Vendors are on hand selling all types of dishes from Jambalaya to alligator. Crawfish is free and is served one plate at a time while supplies last. The festival also includes several activities for kids including bounce houses and slides, face painters, and more. After you’ve filled up on delicious food, enjoy shopping at between 15 to 30 arts and crafts booths featuring locally made products. Tickets are $20 per person, kids 8 and under are free.
