Robert Fischer, a Round Rock High School graduate, has called Central Texas home for over 40 years. In 2005, he created his real estate team, The Robert J Fischer Team, as a way to serve the community and do what he loves, help others. Robert does his best to create a culture of giving, serving, putting others first and doing things the right way both personally and in business.  Robert has a heart for his local community. It’s not just about giving, but being a catalyst of good. His hope is that when the community experiences acts of kindness, it would lead to others also doing acts of kinds. He feels that when we all do that together as a community, that is when change begins, from the inside out.  He believes in loving our neighbors well. 

Robert naturally helps others through his real estate business, The Robert J Fischer Team, which continues to operate today.  Over the years, the RJF Team has hosted countless events for the community, Shredding Events that benefit local non-profits, Easter Egg hunts for the community, Pie Giveaways for the Community, support for local kids sports teams, portrait giveaways, etc.  In 2016, all of this grew and took shape when he and his wife started their own 501c3 non profit, RJF Team Cares (now The Cares Alliance), that solely gives to other local non-profits and individuals in need within our local community. To date, they, with others, have given away hundreds of thousands of dollars, but it isn’t just about the money.  It is about the community.  It is about letting people know they are not alone and that we all have a story.  It is about letting people know we are in this together even if we believe differently, look differently, act differently and vote differently.  Loving our neighbors is something we can all be a part of.
