11. Data-Deletion Instructions for Meta Users

If you provided information through Facebook, Instagram, a Meta lead form, or another Meta-connected service, you may request deletion by:

  2. Using the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request”

  3. Including your full name, the email address or phone number used, and enough information for us to locate the applicable record

After verifying the request, we will delete or deidentify information under our control unless retaining it is required or permitted by law, necessary to complete a requested service or transaction, or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

You may also manage information maintained directly by Meta through your Facebook or Instagram settings. Deleting information from our systems does not automatically delete information controlled independently by Meta or another third party.
