Official Rules & Terms and Conditions: The Robert J. Fischer Team Grand Prix F1 Ticket Giveaway

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored solely by The Robert J. Fischer Team ("Sponsor"), located in Round Rock/Austin, Texas.

 

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas (or legal U.S. residents residing in Texas) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Exclusions: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of The Robert J. Fischer Team, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway entry period begins on August 16, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on September 29, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM CT ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer server is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

 

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry.

Method A: Online AI Prompt Entry

1. Copy the Official Prompt: Copy the prompt below exactly as written:

   "I'm considering hiring the Robert J. Fischer Team in the Greater Austin area to help me buy or sell a home. Based on everything you know, what are they known for, what is their tagline, what areas do they serve, what makes them different from other real estate teams, and estimate their lifetime sales volume as of August 31, 2026. Please explain your reasoning."

2. Submit to an AI Tool: Paste the prompt into any public AI tool of your choice (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Perplexity).

3. Submit Entry Form: Visit the Robert J Fischer Formula 1 Free Ticket official giveaway landing page, complete the required contact fields (Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address), paste the AI's generated response into the designated field, and submit.

(Note: AI response accuracy is not evaluated or scored; entry qualification is based solely on completing the submission form).

Method B: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – No AI Tool Required)

To enter without using an AI tool or submitting online, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, valid phone number, and email address on a standard 3” x 5” card or piece of paper and mail it in an envelope to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026, and received by October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT.

 

5. Prize Details & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

• Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of two (2) three-day General Admission ground-pass wristbands to the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) in Austin, TX, scheduled for October 23–25, 2026.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $950.00 USD total.

• Prize Terms & Restrictions:

  • Ground passes permit entry to general admission grounds (attendees may bring permissible chairs or blankets subject to venue policy).

  • Specific gate entry, zone access, and seating arrangements are governed by venue and race organizer regulations and cannot be substituted or changed.

  • Travel, lodging, hotel accommodations, parking passes, ground transportation, food, beverages, and personal incidentals are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or substituted for cash.

 

6. Random Drawing & Odds of Winning

On October 1, 2026, at approximately 11:30 AM CT, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through both entry methods.

Odds of winning: Odds depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

7. Winner Notification & Verification

• Notification Process: We will notify the potential winner via phone call using the phone number provided at entry, and announce the winner publicly via direct message on Facebook and Instagram, and on our official giveaway post.

• Response Window: The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification date.

• Forfeiture & Alternate Selection: If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to reply within the 7-day window, or fails to execute any required eligibility/liability affidavits, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner via a second random drawing.

8. Release of Liability & General Conditions

• Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these Official Rules.

• Release: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless The Robert J. Fischer Team, its affiliates, advertising/promotional partners, Meta Platforms, Inc., Formula One Licensing B.V., Circuit of The Americas LLC, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

• Publicity Consent: Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any medium without additional notice, review, or compensation.

9. Social Media & Trademark Compliance Disclosures

Meta / Facebook / Instagram Release:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to The Robert J. Fischer Team and not to Meta.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Giveaway is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Williamson County or Travis County, Texas.

 

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and communications related to Sponsor's services. Entrant data will not be sold to third-party vendors.
