My name is Codye Sides and we have recently used Robert Fischer as our Realtor. We have a large family with four young boys under the age of six and were in desperate need or a larger home. My husband was transferred to San Marcos (52 mile commute) and we needed a quick sell of our current residence and to find a new one before my oldest started school in August.
I had met Robert Fischer through other business practices while working for Frito Lay, Inc. He demonstrates a positive attitude with a successful track record in anything he sets out to accomplish. It was his pleasant aggressive nature that led us to use him as our realtor. We needed someone that would be thorough, that would know what we wanted, and be able to market our house for a quick sell.
Robert paid attention to every detail from the Professional Stager that helped with the interior of the house to the custom detail in the flyers that advertised the house. We were very pleased with the negotiations and the sell of our old house. We were able to make money on a house that 2 realtors in previous years said we would not. We were even more pleased with the negotiations with the new house. Not only did we get the exact house we were looking for in an excellent neighborhood for the children, but at closing we even got money back.
Robert made buying and selling houses look easy. He held my hand the entire way and was always available for my phone calls. We had a death in the family in between the closing of the two houses and he was so well prepared with the selling of the old house and the buying of the new house that it made things so much smoother for us in the end. I do not believe another realtor would have had the patience or the diligence that we needed during that time.
The amount of work it takes to go through this process is unbelievable. For us, Robert was very detail oriented, accommodating when needed the most, aggressive in selling our house, and patient when we went looking for new houses (when we had all four boys in the car). When we used Robert Fischer as a realtor to help sell our home, he was exceptional. He was very thorough during our first meeting when we discussed the process of selling our home. Rob put our house on the market quickly as we had requested. Throughout the process, Rob stayed very involved. He fielded all phone calls from realtors with potential buyers requesting to see our home. He would then contact us and coordinate a showing window that was convenient for all involved. Rob was always available through his cell phone, home phone, and email. He kept us updated. Even though I frequently called him, he was always polite and never seemed irritated. Sometimes he would speak with my husband regarding a potential buyer or other house situation, and then would call me too knowing that I would have my own detailed questions. I have owned 5 houses and have dealt with many different realtors. I had the opportunity to work with Robert as my realtor on the most recent house that I have sold. This was by far the smoothest transaction I have had in terms of dealing with a realtor. Robert worked above and beyond to get the house sold. He went out of his way to drive many
miles to meet up with the buyers of the house. Weather it was getting paperwork signed or dropping of the keys he was more than willing to go out his way to make the sale easier on myself.
Robert was also very strategic in terms of advising me on selling price. He did multiple comparative market analysis to determine how I should position the sale of my house .During the whole process I always felt Robert had my best interest at heart. Robert Fischer was the agent who handled the August, 2006 sale of our home in Round Rock, Texas. Robert was very professional in his approach. He advised us as to what we needed to do to make the house sellable and what the appropriate sales price would be. He worked with us on those few occasions when we choose to ignore his advice. He advertised the property well. When prospective buyers were identified, Robert followed up with the negotiations in a timely manner. When the actual buyer was identified, Robert did an excellent job with the negotiations and in getting the closing scheduled to match our schedule. Robert presented and conducted himself professionally. He followed up well and met his commitments. Sherrill and I would recommend him as an agent.
My child and I recently bought our first home and Robert Fischer was our realtor. We looked long and hard to find just the right home and Robert took care of us every step along the way. We found a great home in just the right area that both my son and I just love. Robert even negotiated for the sellers to paint the house, $500 in repairs, and leave the washer, dryer, and refrigerator for us.

As a satisfied buyer of Robert Fischer's I would like to inform anyone contemplating doing business with him that you will be in good hands. I moved to Round Rock from San Antonio with my wife and child. This was a very stressful time for us as we had to be out of our apartment by a certain date as to not incur any further fees. Robert showed us many houses and gave us good advice along the way. When we made our decision he made sure it closed within the deadline needed.
He also worked closely with the bank and title company to make sure there were no hold-ups. Although on the day of closing there was unexpected hold-ups on the bank's side to provide the funds. We already had our movers scheduled and there was no time left. On a regular closing I was told it takes maybe 1 to 1.5 hours at the title company. Robert stayed with me for more than 5 hours that day to make sure everything happened that was supposed to. The movers just put everything in the garage because I did not officially own the house, Robert realized I did not have any friends in Round Rock and offered to come back over the next couple days to help me move everything inside.
Robert is a stand up character and seems to be a man of his word which I can only imagine is hard to find in this industry.
